Welcome to all UCCSC 2017 speakers! We're so glad that you'll be joining us at this year's conference. We look forward to seeing you in August.

To-do List

  • Confirm your participation. Use the link to the form in the acceptance email. UCCSC will publish the audio and/or video of your talk. UCCSC 2017 makes these talks freely available. You will be asked to consent to this when you accept the invitation to present.
  • Register for the conference! Please follow the instructions emailed to you regarding the registration code to get free registration for the primary presenter.
  • Prepare your slide deck.

In order to make your talk available on the UCCSC Web site immediately after the conference, please email your electronic files to uccsc@ucsd.edu as soon as possible after your presentation.

Technical Setup

We will provide the following equipment:

  • 1 LCD projector
  • 1 screen
  • Cables and extension cords: HDMI and Mini-Displayport are provided for connecting your laptop to the projector. Please check your device ahead of time and bring any special adapters you might need.
    Laptops are not provided. If you wish to discuss any special A/V needs, please contact uccsc@ucsd.edu.
