Where You’re Going and How to Get There
Check-in for the conference
On Monday, you can check in at the welcome reception.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, you can check-in in front of the West Ballroom in the Price Center and pick up your schwag in front of the East Ballroom.
The Monday Night Reception

Birch Aquarium at Scripps

Shuttle: Starting at 5:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. in continuous loop from Warren Apartments, La Jolla Sheraton, Birch Aquarium at Scripps

The conference is held in two main areas: Price Center and Warren College.
Parking

Shuttle from hotel
There are no designated shuttles from the hotel to the conference. We recommend that you carpool or talk to your hotel about possible shuttle upon arrival.
Shuttle from the dorm housing
There is no shuttle that goes from the dorms to the Price Center or Warren College. They are all within walking distance.

Check In location is the Warren Conference Desk. Please review the map information below.
Check-In is at 3:30 p.m. on arrival date. Check-Out is at 11 a.m. on departure date.

*Please note, that while our desk closes at 9 p.m., we have staff available until 2 a.m. at another campus location and an on-call staff member available after that. Please call the desk number upon your arrival (858-534-3118) so we may ensure staff are at Warren Conference Desk when you arrive.
Included in the nightly rate:
o On-Campus accommodations.
o Meals - UCCSC will be providing the following meals - Mon dinner, Tues/Wed breakfast/lunch/dinner
o Meals - If you are staying on-campus longer than for those specific meals, then any other meals will be provided by campus dining (at Canyon Vista) beginning with dinner the evening of your arrival date, and ending with lunch on your departure date
o Linen Bundle that includes one (1) set of bed linens, one (1) pillow, one (1) set of towels.
o Service includes weekly cleaning of common areas and trash removal.
o Internet (Wireless not guaranteed).
